Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us immediately at jenerateclarity@gmail.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon!
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at jenerateclarity@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Products & Sizing
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart with measurements. We recommend measuring a favorite t-shirt and comparing it to our size chart for the best fit.

Q: What are your t-shirts made of?
A: Most of our t-shirts are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton or organic cotton, depending on the product. Check individual product pages for specific fabric details.
Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Yes! Our Eco-First collection features organic cotton and sustainably manufactured products. All our items are ethically made following Fair Labor Association and WRAP standards.
Q: How should I care for my t-shirt?
A: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and avoid bleach. Detailed care instructions are included on each product page and on the garment tag.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because each item is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order (printing error, damage, etc.), please message us within 48 hours of delivery. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Our Print Provider: Printify, is based in San Jose California and Miami Florida. All our products will be shipped from these locations.
